How We Began
Nine Months Plus was created by Pamela Stocks, a work at home mom of 2. After searching for unique and fun baby shower gifts for friends and family, and finding very little in the local market, she realized other people had to be having the same problem. She set out to create a company that would offer unique and exciting gifts for mom and baby.
Nine Months Plus is a family run business that prides itself on quality products and excellent customer service. We honor and celebrate expecting and adopting mothers, and their babies.
Nine Months Plus is dedicated to celebrating expectant and new mothers by offering helpful, practical and fun products. This collection of products has been specially chosen by the owner to represent quality, innovation and appeal. Whether you are shopping for yourself or someone you love, we are confident you will enjoy our selection and excellent customer service!
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal. We are unable to accept checks and international orders at this time.
Shipping rates vary based on weight. Fees will be calculated at checkout. In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days and should arrive within 7-10 business days of the order date. Please remember that arrival dates are estimates only and can be affected by several variables. We do not accept responsibility for shipping delays that are out of our hands. Many of our items ship directly from our suppliers so some items may not ship together and will not arrive on the same day. In addition, if the supplier is not able to ship within 3-5 business days, we will contact you as soon as we are made aware so you will be given the option to cancel your order.
We make every effort to keep our website up to date with current inventory. In the event that an item is out of stock or on back order, we will email you within 24 hours. If you need an item immediately, please email us with your request and we will make every effort to get your order to you by the necessary date.
Nine Months Plus is a web-based company. As such, we are not responsible for any delay in order response and/or delivery of products due to technical and computer malfunction or events caused by Mother Nature or natural causes (i.e. lengthy electricity outages, cable outage, telephone outage).
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 3 business days at ninemonthsplus@earthlink.net. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis, but will always be honored for damage that occurs during shipping if the item is in its original package and packing material.
A note about gift baskets: In the event that any item is out of stock at the time of your order, it will be replaced by an item of equal or greater value that keeps with the theme of the basket. In the event that such a substitution is not possible, you will be contacted immediately with an option to cancel your order.
